Julia Liu is a character I don’t have a lot of backstory thought out for just yet. I’ll have plenty of time, seeing as she doesn’t appear for a long time, but I really wanted to include her in my commission lineup. Even though I’m not completely done with some of these characters, they are all important to me and the story.
