That 100% happened!!
its what They Deserve
Well i really hope you are going to like it. ☺️ I usually only like the the movies because I want to see how the visualize the characters. The plot is usually lacking... and yeah I have to admit I only read the plot for dark places after I read the reviews!
oh i know what you’re saying. it’s good to actually see the story developing before your eyes than just imagining it.
honestly, no one really remembers or cares about dark places. the story isn’t captvating enough and the main character isn't likeble at all.
post/175713043613/okay-i-know-you-read-the-books-so-tell-me-all-of. So I haven’t read the book yet but thank you so much for this analysis and stuff I couldn’t putt into words. The pilot was really good. And I hope it continues this way. I also hope you are going to like the series after reading the book. What do you think you are going to like more: the book or the series? And have you watched any other movies based on Flynn’s books?
thank you, im glad you liked it! i usually prefer books over films/shows because they’re more complete and they are the original work, but that doesn’t mean i dont enjoy the live-action productions.
i read all of her books and watched all the movies. i love gone girl, like we all do, but i’m kinda :/ about dark places. i personally don’t really like the book and the movie is bad too. not even charlize theron playing the main character could make me like dark places. but i’m very confident that im going to enjoy sharp objects (i need to enjoy sharp objects, it’s my favorite gillian book and just one of my favorite books ever).
