it started with incidentally meeting at the same place for coffee or dinner. she’s sure that she’s run into him more than that - but they mutually noticed one-another attending the same place like clockwork. a friendly hello turned into chatting over their separate meals ... into waiting for the other to show up to spend that meal with them. she’d heard some of the rumors about the three troublemakers in town but never connected the dots until she sat down and actually spoke to julien ... and he’s not a bad person. questionable decisions, sure, but not someone corinne is ready to condemn. she finds him charming and pleasant, easy to talk to, someone whose begun to open her up to conversations about herself. every friday she meets him at the same time - something of a date. she’s yet to miss one, and she’s started putting a little more into how nice she’ll look for what was once just habit at the end of the week. corinne has a soft spot for julien, the budding of feelings she hadn’t felt since she’d met her husband years ago.

CAL 🔗 JULIEN platonic / professional / criminal @julienwalcroft​ it’d be easy to consider julien the odd duck in the trio of terror, but cal never saw him as anything but an equal. perhaps he doesn’t have his rage, or elise’s penchant for seeing the scenario from all sides ... but he has drive and mischief and all of the qualities he and elise lack otherwise. perhaps that’s why they all work so well together. they pick up the slack where others seem to lag behind. you’d be forgiven for thinking that there’s something romantic going on between the two men, but the reality is that cal and julien are simply so close that their jokes and sarcasm ooze into the lines of what’s considered standard for friendship. julien is, for lack of a better term, cal’s other half ---one of the few people that draw sincere smiles from him, that calm him in moments of blind anger. a brother to him, where he’s lacked family otherwise.
