I REALLY hope the characters we didnt see in kg3 can show up in kg4

Like I was rlly sad Jerome wasnt in kg3 since he was my fav character from the first game.

Also Ozzy and his friends wouldve been nice to see so I hope to see them in kg4

And ofc Ted, I know he wasnt in kg3 for good reason since hes in a different school, but I am hoping we can see him in the next game since I miss him the most

Chat I NEED to make a Ralsusie fairytale AU. Specific fairytales I think of are Sleeping Beauty, Rapunzel, and Beauty and the Beast. Oughgifjfk all of these could work so well

Im still in shock my Deltarune OTP is Ralsusie. I love it so much to the point where I wanna make my itabag full of Ralsusie pins and im also in the process of writing a longfic about them

But also...of every ship in this game to be my otp, my brain went to them specifically and its rlly funny 😭😭

Chat as my kindergarten hyperfix has died down (I think it may be a special interest but idk yet), I realized that...the more I think about kindergarten 3, the more I think it is my least fav of the games, in my opinion at least. I was talking abt this with my irl friend and its just become more true to me

The first game is great!! It defo has some first game syndrome but idk it is really good and the characters and missions are all p memorable and have a fun twist on the typical school archetypes

The second game is my personal fav of the series, it plays more into the archetypes of the first game cast and adds more to them. It also amps up the intensity of the story.

Both games have AMAZING final missions! You were solving a mystery and it really felt satisfying knowing answers to things especially with the principals and what their plans are

KG1's final mission felt intense and you finally got to be closer to Lily who you haven't rlly had much interaction up till now. You sneak around the school and trying to get to the secret lap in the Principals office.

KG2's final mission is really good because the majority of the cast is involved. You get to have Buggs and Cindy take down Ms. Applegate, something that is incredibly satisfying. You also get to learn more of the truth about Penny and her struggles. Her death was impactful and it ry hit! Even when some characters arent as involved it still felt like an great final mission. sure there were some hints of a possible sequel but you could p much interpret it as whatever

Then theres kg3...

Let me just say that I do love the game! Its got some rlly good missions that are some of my faves in the series. There are also some funny lines and scenes that are also amazing (the little red riding hood play in Gator Aid comes to mind)

Yet...it is clear that its just a setup game into kg4

Which, a setup game isnt inherently bad, but when its done poorly it can...be a disadvantage

There are 1-2 missions that feel like wasted potential, Grate Escape especially. Carla as a character got wasted and there wasnt any mention of her and Monty's interactions in kg2

The lack of a money system makes Monty sorta not involved. I know his arms dont work so he cant sell stuff, but idk Carla couldve covered that role!! She did similar stuff in KG2!! And idk more Carla and Monty interactions would've been nice!

Now we get to the new characters...

Imo, Alice got done dirty, What Happened on Monday is one of my fav missions, but man it didnt feel like Alice got much of anything until that mission and the final one

I love Austin a lot, I dont like how he is compared to Buggs tho since theyre nothing alike. Bro just wants to throw stuff and thats nice. He lacks anything sorta interesting except his crush on Alice but idk I like him.

My main gripe is Davey tho, he is my fav of the new kids but idk... like he had a whole mission about saving Linda and then not much else until the final mission. It felt like his character arc was a bit rushed, however he will likely have more in kg4 so I will give him some grace.

Emmy almost has something going for her, her mission rlly showed her aggressive side. but it didnt feel complete enough

Ms. Lovelett is genuinely one of my faves of the adults! Her rhyming dialogue is amazing and I also love how her rhymes break rhyme schemes a lot. I just wish ppl noticed how genuinely messed up she is.

I also love the Nurse! Rlly great character and her being competent was rlly nice

Regis felt a bit wasted, Principal David even moreso

Also it feels like some of the characters we know already have gotten toned down in intensity? This one I would have to do more research on, but man I swear this is real. I think Felix is the exception to this, he got a lot more aggressive and tbh I like that

Also the lack of a event after lunch and recess also effects the game a bit. the other two games had that and it worked but kg3 doesnt have that

Kg3 is still good, but it just feels a bit weak compared to the other two. You can have a setup game but this feels...idk not how to do it

Im typing this as I am about to fall asleep so I may have missed some stuff but yes! Also for all I know kg4 could be so good that some of my gripes of kg3 could be mended. But we will have to wait and see

Cain's Not Able mission in a nutshell

I have the hc/idea about the Huxley twins that if one of them dies, the other will die soon after.

They're so bound together that they either both must be alive or both must die. In the CNA mission I like to think the other will die p soon after the events of the mission...

On the flipside, Felix COULD have died during Ms. Lovelett's mission in kg3, but he ended up living even when his eyes are gouged out. He begs for Ted and wants Ted by his side...

It's some sort of curse they have...it isn't necessarily magical or fantastical, it's simply something that exists within them.

I just have an intense love for the idea of the Huxley twins dying together no matter what
