Prompt #6: Rabbits are well known for their jumping abilities. What most people don't know is that foxes can jump just as good. The Judy and company find out just how much better when someone leaves Nick's favorite coffee on the highest shelf in the breakroom.
YESSS!
It’s totally a borderline bet/prank by Fangmeyer, Wolford, and Del Gato. Nick is on kind of out of it from working on a case all night with Judy. And unlike her he doesn’t have endless bunny energy, so he’s using coffee to function normally. Only it’s not really working.
And Fangmeyer, Wolford, and Del Gato are watching him the whole time prepare a third cup of coffee that morning. For some reason Nick gets called out of break room and leaves his coffee. So they hide it on the tallest shelf they can reach. All the while betting that when Nick returns he’ll have either have forgotten had made a cup and make another, or see the cup but find it too high and make another, or figure someone else took it and rant to everyone while making another cup.
All the while, Judy is just like ‘you guys are being mean’ but also curious as to what Nick will do exactly, because he is so out of it, and not really stopping them. Nick returns to the break room, and almost instantly notice his coffee is gone. Only to then notice it on a high shelf. Instantly he just knows it’s Fangmeyer and the gang, so his gives them a tired angry look and makes his way over to the shelf.
Wolford makes a comment about how Nick will never reach it, as it’s even out of Judy’s jumping range, and how he’ll spill it or whatever. But then Nick just springs up pretty effortless and just barely managed to grab it.
Everyone present in the break room just stares in awe, while Nick just sips at his coffee.
Okay so 2 things.......
