Step 1
Begin in the top left quadrant and jump to your side with both feet leaving the ground and touching down at the same time.
Step 2
Then jump backwards from the 2nd quadrant to the fourth quadrant directly below the 2nd, and finally to quadrant 3 to your side. Mix up the directions of the jumps and keep the tempo fast. Perform for 1 minute.
