Hi Bookphile! I'd love to read some nice romance books! Nothing too dramatic or long winded but cute ones with happy endings and characters who the reader falls in love with! please and thanks!

I’m not sure if you’re looking for adult or YA recs, so I’m gonna give you a mix of both.

Maybe two years ago, I discovered the writer named Moly Harper. She’s an adult writer and there is sex in her books, but not very graphic. She has both urban fantasy and contemporary romances. And I really enjoyed all of them, they’re fun, light, and not very complicated. Check out her Southern Eclectic, Bluegrass, and Jane Jamison + Half Moon Hollow books. The audiobooks are really fun too, if your library has them!

It was indeed very cute, tho @oldfashionedvillain and I aren’t family members, even if the wording of that post may have made it sound like that. But who knows, maybe one day, after the civilization has collapsed, when we probably form tribes around our Tumblr mutuals, so that we can scribble stupid posts on big leaves and then share them around on the campfire with our mutuals tribe, saying “like” or “reblog”, or just silently passing them along. Maybe we’ll found each other then. One day.

Also I don’t really have flowers. I mean I have carnations, but my plants are just green leaves.

I know you probably desperately want to know what is that fancy diploma on my wall. Well it’s only the most important document in this apartment.

It’s the family member certificate of my Cabbage Patch Kid, Juuso Olavi (born October 2nd, at the Cabbage Patch). It reminds me that I have promised love and take care of him forever, be kind and warm-hearted, and remember that he is something very special. Important things.

I am so sorry I just am now seeing this! I usually get on Tumblr via my Iphone, and I don't know how to check messages on there. But here you go! Better late than never

1. Describe the scent of your shampoo.

I use Aestelance GL shampoo (Aestelance is the best shampoo line EVER. The only seller in Ohio is my hairdresser; it's totally worth it to go to her to figure out the best one for you). It's hmm... There aren't many specific smells I can identify, so it's hard to describe. It's clean without being sharp or astringent; it's warm but not cloying and sweet. Not fruity, not floral...A scent that is comforting, unisex-ish, fragrant yet not obtrusive.

7. Favorite celebrity hair?

Female celebrity: Zooey Deschanel, Marion Cotillard, Natalie Dormer, Morena Baccarin, Scarlett Johansson, and Brittany Snow in Pitch Perfect.

Male celebrity: Robert Downey Jr., Tom Hardy, and Benedict Cumberbatch's Sherlock hair.

16. Most played song on your Ipod/Itunes?

My counts are way off due to my listening habits haha. But it's either Whispers in the Dark by Skillet (my favorite song), Love to Me or Il Mondo Era Vuoto from The Light in the Piazza, Un Jour or La Duel or La Haine or Verone from the french Romeo et Juliette musical, or Morgan Amor Tristis from Ah! My Goddess the Movie (my favorite instrumental piece).

30. Whats the last thing you bought?

French toast bagels from Panera. They are the best thing EVER.
