Reparations is cash payments. Direct cash payments.
Say it with me again....CASH PAYMENTS.
Nothing less. Programs, vouchers and grants and such can be established to remedy discriminatory practices that have excluded Black Americans from housing, employment etc. but that is separate from compensation for chattel slavery.
From Darity & Mullen's research, a cash payment of approximately $350,000 per person. Very much reasonable for now.
