Kryzenge / Kryzicorn

RL Bestie #1. Forever proud that we became friends because she is a gem and a saint when it comes to me. She puts up with a lot of shit from me, and all my daft odd opinions and obsessions. Case in point - she doesn’t even listen to or follow K-Pop but she remembers the names Ryeowook and Changmin and how they are like because of me. For my birthday a month ago, she even painted me watercolour miniatures of Shim and Jung. YEAH. THIS IS REAL LOVE. Sometimes I think we’re truly sisters of the heart and not just friends. Going out on lunch dates with her is also the best, there is no pressure at all and we’re both equally content to just go somewhere nice to have good food and chill out and enjoy comfortable silences. Only person to have slept over at my place more than family. XD

Whatkindoftea (I refuse to call her minstletoe LOL)

This woman… We joke around about how we’re fucking WenLey in this fucking fandom but to be honest, this friendship has long grown beyond that. I firmly believe we’ll still be as attached to each other as we are now should either (or both of us) up and leave TVXQ! fandom tomorrow. I often whine about how far we are from each other, but to be honest, I’m actually glad for the physical distance at times? It’s made us treasure each other more and not take each other for granted. We do fight, but we make up just as quickly from talking things out, and I love how we want to talk things out- we both want to solve any and all conflicts that come along. That’s my favourite thing about this friendship, that we are both fucking intense about platonic love and we are both on the same page with each other. I also love how she’s just so accepting of me and loves me for me- even when I find it hard to love myself. I do get worried by how hard she’s working for graduate school, though, to the point of not eating well. That’s the only thing that makes me want to drop all the shite at hand and fly to the States right now. At least she listens to my nagging even though she gets odd as fuck whenever I do something idiotic for her. Like this thing, I bet she’ll cry over it again or something. Also we already have our meeting at the airport planned out- I’ll get clingy while she’ll cry. XDDDDDDDD (I also think her little sister is really cute and they honestly can pass for identical twins. Special shoutout to Ri~)

Oldmosee

Nae eonnie. Truly, my big sister, and my jiejie. I’ve never had an actual biological big sister, being an only child, and I’ve had too many people who are older but so much lesser in my life. We’re years apart (I won’t say how many because she might kill me and she knows where I live) but when we talk, I feel like we’re equals. She doesn’t condescend to me, for one, and I love how she’s straightforward and she isn’t afraid to admit it when she’s wrong. That takes courage and maturity. She’s also more special because she’s a fellow Singaporean and proud of it- I’ve met a few Singaporeans online but oftentimes they are so discontented with our country that I find it uncomfortable talking to them, because while I know Singapore has her flaws, and they are many, I still love her and how it is here because we are so much more better off than a lot of people in the world. A lot of eonnie’s views and mine match without us even knowing them to be so until either of us say something and the other is like /HIGHFIVE. She’s also really generous and nice; I won’t go into details but she (and Fanboy by extension) offered to do something really really generous for me and they actually meant it. I declined because I didn’t have the time, but at that time I felt super touched and even teared. Also that time when she did a ninja thing and popped by when she heard I was at the same place as she was with the intention of surprising me… I’ll remember that till I die. It’s a really precious memory. And! I SHIP OLIVE. 

Sohii

The actual person to drag me kicking and screaming back into fandom. I’m rather thankful to her for that, because I came back to this fandom in ‘11 but lurked all the way till Feb ‘13. This girl and I, we’ve been through some really dramatic shite together, and we still standing here we are dong bang shin ki are still friends and talk pretty much everyday - her and haley and eonnie are the people I talk to the most aside from my mum. She’s a contradictory mixture; sometimes she’s so mature and wise (usually when I lose my patience with people she’s the one that lays out the reasons why I should calm down and why they aren’t worth it) but other times she’s so cheeky and such a little shite that I want to box her ears. -.- I think the most frequent thing I say to her is “SOFIA!!!!”. I swore to myself repeatedly that I wouldn’t write things for her anymore after she was being tease for the umpteenth time but clearly that is one promise I’ve broken to myself. /stares at Free!Homin!AU and Thorki!Homin! AU. Her eating and sleeping habits are absolute shite and I have to nag her like fuck to get her to behave (unlike Haley, who eats and sleeps when I yell at her to) but she’s managed to keep me hooked enough to still care to nag. This bint is evil I tell you. I love her but I acknowledge that. 

Cactuzoz

My lovely lovely sweet Izzy. Sometimes I just feel so apologetic to her because she’s so unbelievably sincere and caring and adoring but she’s stuck with a bunch of bitter old hags like us. XDDDDDD She never fails to brighten my day, and even though I nag at her to prioritise schoolwork over Tumblr and friends etc (my nagging people is becoming a theme -.-) I get really really really happy whenever she sneaks back on to talk with us because Tumblr is my only way of talking to her, and I miss her like fuck whenever she isn’t around. She puts thought and effort into every conversation we have, and I’m just so honoured and lucky that I know her. I can be angry as fuck and a simple message from her, eg. “My wennyflower~ I love you~ Kisses~” can just settle my temper. Just like that. Izzy needs to get Whatsapp soon so that I can bother her like I do Haley, Sofia and eonnie everyday. I’m still waiting for her to study hard and graduate well so that we can head to Universal Studios Singapore together.  

[Special shoutouts to Gen/Jungasms and Cease/midoriloft- the former is literally the most relaxing friendship I’ve ever had, and the latter is another jiejie that I just lapse into Mandarin with every now and then. WE SHOULD TALK MORE. DO YOU TWO HAVE WA. Anyway- Love you!!!!]
