Jushin Thunder Liger announces his retirement
The NJPW held a press conference this morning during which the legendary Jushin Thunder Liger, one of the most innovative junior heavyweight wrestlers, announced that he would retire next year, on the Tokyo Dome side for Wrestle Kingdom 14, January 4th and 5th.
He does not know if we can consider the coming months as a “retirement tour”, but in any case, he wants to travel all over Japan…

September 19th 2016 is only two weeks away as the Crusierweight Division returns to the WWE for the first time since 2007 and will be as of right now exclusive to Monday Night RAW.
As of September 6 the following wrestlers will be a part of the new Cruiserweight division effective on September 19th: The Brian Kendrick, TJ Perkins, Noah Dar, Rich Swann, Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano, Cedric Alexander, Gran Metalick, Jack Gallagher, and Akira Tozawa.
That is right now a total of ten cruiserweights coming to Monday Night RAW. According to Wrestlezone.com, the current plan is for the crusierweight division to compete on Monday Night RAW and on NXT as well as possibly working some NXT live events with some WWE Raw live events.
Expect some more names to be announced next Monday as the final promo to hype the Crusierweight division will air and then we should find out all of who are scheduled to be a part of the Cruiserweights.
On September 19th, pro wrestling in the WWE will be even more exciting with the Crusierweights.
WWE Raw makes it official on August 22, 2016 that the Cruiserweight Division will arrive on September 19th.
