Birthday year continues with more good eats! Saw some amazing sashimi bowls on #instagram and bookmarked it for a special occasion. What better occasion than my birthday to enjoy it?! Ordered online and picked up was easy. Arrived home 20 minutes later and man oh man, this stuff is gorgeous. The Uni was melt in your mouth without any "fishy" ocean after taste. The toro was buttery and the ikura's salty goodness was delicious!
