‘ The Devil ’ persona rose amidst her first few gatherings of subjects during her early tenure in Dorado. While all still knew her across the globe as ‘ Mercy ‘, a benevolent being, it gave her enough cover to accomplish her missions in secrecy and silence. During a raid of a few homeless children one night, an old woman cloaked in grey and more decrepit than time itself, called her diablo before her infuriating screaming was silenced forever.
Angela is also one for irony; how interesting was to see the world; her world, torn apart and have the populace find the angel with her wings torn and intentions bloodied? How interesting would it be to chart her fall from grace?
The new and improved Valkyrie suit was dyed using natural remedies (angie is a snob for organic products) and was revamped after her spinal revamp surgery to fit her newer hardware. The emblazoned plumage was just an added extra feature rather than her iconic yellow.
She decided for a trident to represent her new Awakening; a symbol of power across races and religions. Sometimes it was an object of magic as in Poseidon, like an oversized wand. But other times, it was meant to be a weapon, much as gladiators of ancient Rome had used in their beloved Colosseum. She was a giant among mortals; all powerful and whimsical to boot. As stated before, her love for irony is quite adamant.
