Short answer, it’s MOSTLY fixed. They explained that history forgets the specifics, so instead of “Tiamat almost kills humanity”, it’s remembered as “A disaster happened”. Epic of Remnant is Chaldea dealing with remaining problems in the timeline.

So it’s basically “we put this back together with gluesticks”, and EoR is them taking the time to breath and fix whatever got missed when they sloppily glued the timeline back together, right? So we don’t need to worry about George Washington and the gang spontaneously dying and US history becoming wildly different, regardless of the “People die if they are killed in singularities” rule, right? That reassuring.
