Ranger heron and jenny (@devilkitty2281 ‘s oc). Jenny is originally from freeside, but got tricked into working at the Gomorrah as a prostitute. Ranger heron started seeing Jenny behind his partner’s back and fell ‘in love’ with her, becoming her most frequent regular.

Their relationship is meant to reflect the power dynamic between the NCR and the Mojave. He likes to think he’s being noble and generous, but he really just has a savior complex and wants to feel ‘needed’ by someone. Jenny does not have any romantic feelings for him and despises the NCR, but she’s in a very precarious situation and needs his patronage to stay alive.

She accepts his offer because she has no other option, but he doesn’t live long enough to follow through on it.
