Koto Division’s Toxic Love is an all-female rap group consisting of CEO and division leader Misa Arakawa, along with fellow members ex-ballerina Chizuru Tenjo, and personal assistant Junko Tetsuya.
The group's color is carmine red.
The group's symbol is a serpent. It is considered the ultimate symbol of cunning and deception. They chose it as a symbol because serpents are well known to wait for the right moment to strike just like they are.
The group has some form of a serpent on them. Misa has it as a bangle around her wrist, Chizuru wears it as a ring on her left ring finger, and Junko has it as a pin on her blazer.
Their hand sign from Rhyme Anima is the devil horns.
They are each uniquely different but they have come together for one common goal.
"Misa Arakawa, CEO, and head of Arakawa Tech Industries. Truthfully, my interactions with her are limited, not the least because she is rarely seen in public for some strange reason. She always refuses or finds some way to get out of the parties and soirees we have here in Aoyama. A shame, really. She'd fit right in. But I suppose that's to be expected. She is a busy woman, I'm sure. ...Truthfully though, I think the reason she refuses mine and my family's invitations are due to my mother being a spokesperson for Chuohku, and her feelings towards Chuohku are very hostile." Tomi sighs.
"Of course, her hatred hasn't stopped me from buying up some of the stock her company puts out. ...What? Her company is powerful and rich. You're a fool if you think I'll pass up a chance to increase my wealth."

"Ah, so this is the little miscreant that dared try to have her own sister murdered, correct? Honestly, I don't understand what the judge and police were thinking having her released from prison. Not only did she attempt to have her own sibling killed, but she cost thousands of people the chance to see some actual culture! All because of her petty smite and envy. And despite her low status, she even deigns to have the gall to be uppity and arrogant when she has become nothing. No, less than nothing!
"Honestly, it'd do her well to never show her wretched face in public again, and just fade away into obscurity. ...But now that I think about it, perhaps teaching her a lesson on stage is just the sort of thing she needs to be rid of her attitude. We'll see how she likes to be embarrassed and hurt on stage in front of a live audience. I'm looking forward to it."

"I think I recall this woman. She was first seen in one of the few televised appearances Arakawa-san made. Everyone, including myself, was curious who she was. Truthfully, my mother didn't much care for her appearance. She said it reminded her too much of some of the women in Chuohku." Tomi takes another look at the P.A.'s face. "...Looking at her now, I think my mother was right. Something about her does not sit right with me."

"I must say, I never thought Arakawa would be joining the D.R.B. Considering her hatred for Chuohku, I'd thought any invite that came her way from the Prime Minister would be torn to shreads in a heartbeat. Hmm... is it possible that Otome has something on her? Something she doesn't want getting out to the public, or something that she has an interest in? If so, I'd like to know what it is." Tomi thinks about it and bit more, before shrugging.
"Oh well. It means little to me. If Arakawa is joining this tournament, then it should be interesting to see what she can do. I'll be keeping a close eye on her and her team."
“Misa Arakawa, female, 44 years of age, known moniker is Medusa, head of the Koto Division and active leader of rap group Toxic Love, members are 2nd Member Secretary Chizuru Tenjo and 3rd Member Personal Assistant Junko Tetsuya. Specimen is the founder and CEO of Arakawa Tech Industries and posses a great intellectual mind, even I’ll admit, it’s quite impressive to see the technology she’s come up with. I’ve only met her once or twice during my time here and the rumors I’ve heard do not compare to the real thing, the day when she verbally tore into Otome and Ichijiku still makes me smile, she’s as sharp and fierce as they say, in fact, it much reminds me of Miho as surprising as that sounds. It doesn’t take a genius to know of her vehement hatred towards Chuuoku, something that I actually respect her for as not everyone is as vocal about their dislike about the government as this woman. This Specimen is considered to be extremely dangerous and should we ever engage in battle, be extremely cautious and focus on getting rid of this Specimen first.”

Specimen was a former ballet dancer before the incident resulting in her attempting to take her twin sister’s life out of envy before being apprehended and sentenced to prison only to be released after three years for good behavior, since then, she works as a secretary for Specimen Arakawa.” There was a pause before chuckling can be heard. “Envy, hm? I can’t help but feel a sense of déjà vu when looking at this girl, I won’t say that she reminds me of myself, in fact, that couldn’t be as far from the truth, I was nowhere near as volatile and predictable as she was. But I understand, I understood where she came from, how she felt, how she’s feeling even now…” Another pause before a sigh is heard. “Someone once told me a long time ago that ‘Envy is thin because it bites but never eats’, it took me a while to figure it out but I know, so I leave with this; the next time you find your prey at your mercy, don’t just simply bite them, devour them, their heart, their mind, the very essence of their being, leave nothing behind.”

“Junko Tetsuya, female, unknown years of age, known moniker is Iron Heart, part of the Koto Division and active member of rap group Toxic Love, members are Leader CEO Misa Arakawa and 2nd Member Secretary Chizuru Tenjo. This Specimen is very interesting, not only due to her sudden appearance around the time Arakawa kept showing up in public eye less but because this is the second android that I’ve seen, the first being one created by my apprentice, Sumire. Despite being made from the same material, this one here is less expressive, easily giving away her robotic nature to those with a trained eye. Specimen is not as dangerous as Arakawa but surveillance should be conducted, perhaps I’ll ask Sumire to see if she can do anything about her, she seems quite fascinated with this Specimen.”

"I think I've seen her on the news once or twice. She's the woman in charge of that technological company, right? I mentioned this before, but technology isn't exactly a big thing in our apartment. The only technological thing we all share is the television, and usually Tasuku is the one hogging it." Sanyu rolls her eyes. Mitsuru-chan and I aren't close enough to be called friends, but I do respect her for her talent and hard work. And knowing that her sister, her own sibling, who tried to kill her is attending the same school as me and her, is an insult to this Academy! And now I hear that she's even entering the D.R.B.! No doubt to finish what she started. Well, I'll tell you now: she'd better hope her sister finishes her off before I do!"
