Jupiter Farms
The current real estate market in Jupiter Farms is rock solid. Median prices per square foot so far this year are already up 11% compared to 2021. Final 2021 sales prices per square foot were up 18% compared to 2020. Over the past 6 months, the median time it takes to sell a house has soared by 211%, so as prices have risen it’s taking longer to get a fish on the hook. Sellers are still firmly in control, listings are badly needed and anyone looking to sell can negotiate world class marketing and customer service at amazing commissions. However, as days on the market climb, lower commission rates will be harder to find on some listings. If you are thinking about selling your home, pay attention to these trends and be informed. Not just about what a broker is charging you, but what are they going to do for you.
Where the Jupiter area real market goes from here is impossible to say. It’s a big old crazy world and it seems to be getting crazier by the minute. Right now, in Jupiter Farms, it's as strong as any real estate market we have ever seen in the neighborhood with very little to purchase.
Stay informed, and if you are thinking about doing anything real estate, ask questions. Lots of them. An educated decision is almost always the best decision......
