Stag’s “Cleansing” Floorwash
So I don’t “cleanse” a space in a strictly magical sense, I clean a space with products I make that have a little extra magic in them. I open the windows, just a little if it’s cold out, I pick up all of the clutter and put it away, then I clean surfaces with this. I know it says floorwash, that’s because I designed it to clean my hardwood floors, but it also has worked pretty well on my countertops.
About 2 cups warm water
About 1/2 cup White Vinegar
A few drops of liquid soap (I use Castile Soap with a lavender or citrus scent)
5-10 drops of essential oil for scent - Use whatever you associate with cleansing I favor Tea Tree, Lemon, Peppermint and other things that just smell bright and crisp.
Mix all of the above in a bucket, or spray bottle. I mix in a large bowl and then pour it into an old Swifter Wet Jet solution bottle, then use my Swifter as usual. Sweep or vacuum the floor to pick up any loose crumbs or dust, then mop or scrub the floor by hand with this mixture.
