people act like Diverse Simming™ is some sort of monolith that needs it’s own guidebook when its really just another form of storytelling & creative expression??? 

like not knowing how to make a sim of color on simblr is the same as not knowing how to draw people of color on artblr or deviantart or anwhere else. google that shit. not knowing how to stop whitewashing your pasty ass screencaps isn’t something exclusive to tumblr it’s...a real world thing. not knowing how to respectfully write people of color or different religions or sexualities for your stories isn’t something that only happens on simblr. there are entire blogs and even full on scholarly articles dedicated to this kinda shit?? 

so uh...come the fuck on and stop relying on 14 year olds with iphones to write your willfully ignorant ass a personal guide on how to stop being shitty! it’s not their fault that you’re shitty! it’s yours! and you can do better!
