I love writing protective Joel (obvs) but there’s something about writing him not beating the shit out of someone but stepping in and intervening when he KNOWS he can’t kill someone but really fucking wants to. Just… I love him. He’s going to keep his woman safe but he’s also going to respect what she wants and needs and sometimes that means he has to growl instead of bite 😭

WTF has been up with Kit, anyway?

Hey, so I haven’t written AT ALL in damn near a month and I am so sorry to have left you all hanging. My niece was in the hospital, I had my final for my grad school class, I traveled to Texas for 10 days, made it home just in time to have Mother’s Day with my mom and then immediately caught the flu.

I’m hoping to get back into things today and tomorrow and have something to share before too long. I miss writing, I miss being here, I’m just exhausted.

I just made the biggest change to my hair that I’ve had in years and OMG. I’m obsessed with my stylist, she’s the best, I just text her the vibe I want and then she colors and cuts it exactly right for me. AHHHHHH!
