i have like 3 things on my clothing shopping list that i have been searching for for years offline without any success:

- comfy and cute summer shoes

- a jacket for spring and fall, like an in-between jacket

- ANY pants that arent tight on my thighs but do fit on my waist

and in this search i have been visiting several online clothing retailers and brand websites over the past few weeks and the AMOUNT of times ive read some about us or diversity or sustainability statement and just had to go ‚now what the fuck does that MEANNNNN‘

i know i literally work in marketing but i hate marketing so much why are we producing so many words and texts that mean nothing at all

Okay but how fucked can schools be????? A friend of mine is trans (ftm), and he wants to wear pants instead of of our uniform dress…..which should be fine considering that the uniform already has a button up and tie……anyway he went to have a meeting with our head of year, principal and head of student services. Which is very brave considering we go to a christian conservative school. But when I asked him how it went he said that they wouldn’t let him have them till he gets permission/ a letter from a doctor or a psychologist. TO WEAR PANTS. WTF…….YOU SHOULDNT NEED A FUCKING LETTER TO WEAR OR DO SOMETHING TO MAKE YOU MORE COMFORTABLE IN YOUR SKIN. PERIOD. I’m am fucking sick of this shit. No one should have to feel uncomfortable in their skin for longer than they need to.
