there is just so much new top gun (maverick or otherwise) to read and I haven't been able to read any of it.

When it comes to new writers I don't know where to even start, I am so picky with ships.

And Also how Rooster refers to Mav when growing up. Anything written post tgm I can't read if he calls him uncle Mav. And that really limits what I can read.
