If you are using a complicated password or rarely log in to your Gmail account, you may forget your Gmail password. It's easier to reset your password if you can access your phone or backup options.

How to block someone on Gmail?
To block someone on Gmail:
1. Log into your Gmail account.
2. Open an email from the sender that you want to block.
3. Click the down arrow icon in the top right of the sender name (classic Gmail) or the three dots icon (new Gmail).
4: Click Block "Sender Name".
5: Click Block.

What happens when you block someone on Gmail?
Once you block someone on Gmail, all messages from that person will be moved into the Trash folder instead of your Inbox.
They won't be notified of your actions. Though, they can still figure it out if you don’t respond their message or they fail to send you an email.
