before she moved away a 'friend' of mine kept trying to rec me fics as an attempt to connect with me but she only ever rec'ed ones with one half of the pair cis swapped or hetero character/oc ones,, Highly Suspicious and later proven Terrible

Rory makes an excellent point anon, which is that you absolutely can never trust someone whose shipping involves cis swapping one half of a queer ship and/or only het ships
