I was tagged by gettingfit-gettingthin

1. Why did you decide to get fit? -- In July of 2012! I had been starving/restricting myself before that and it just wasn't healthy, so I finally decided to come to the light side of tumblr and lose weight the healthy way. I've learned to love myself and I'd never go back to the way I used to live :) Fitblrs are wonderful!

2. Was 2012 a good year for you? -- Yes, it actually was! I gained a lot of love for myself and rounded out the year with straight A's and losing 35 pounds :) Joining the fitblr community helped me change the way I think about food and myself, so I'm very happy.

3. What is your favourite thing about yourself? -- My favorite thing about myself is my eyes. They're a lovely grey-blue that I inherited from my dad.

4. Have you ever played a sport? -- I was in level 1 gymnastics for about 3 years, haha. I was only there because my sister was a competitive gymnast and I wasn't old enough to be left home alone for 3 hours at a time :P I also played soccer in 2nd grade.

5. Do you run any other blogs? -- Nope! I used to have thinspo/unhealthy blogs but those have been long since deleted.

6. What is your dream job? -- I would LOVE to be a librarian, but there's a ton of school required for that so I decided against it. My other dream job is teaching, which I'm in the process of getting a degree for :)

7. Favourite food? -- I super love pickled beets. I know, I'm weird. I'm also kind of obsessed with clementines.

8. Favourite book? -- Daughter of the Forest by Julliet Marillier, and the rest of the Sevenwaters trilogy.

9. Favourite holiday destination? (Doesn’t matter if you’ve been there before or not)

10. Do you have any fears? -- I am SO scared of needles. I don't know when it started, but sometime a couple years ago I developed a super phobia of them.

11. Where is your favourite place to shop? -- I love Torrid for clothes right now, but I also love wandering around in Best Buy and going on (expensive) mini shopping sprees there.
