My sweet boy spent the holidays (including NYE-my birthday) this year in Los Angeles with his dad and family. When I picked him up at the airport, he had only one thing in his hands...a birthday gift for his mom which he spent his Christmas money on 😢. After he gave me a big hug and kiss he handed it to me and said he couldn't wait till I opened it. Mind you, all the while he's gone, whenever I spoke to him he always asked if I was okay, taking care of myself and doing something that made me happy because he loved me and I deserved it because I work and try so hard. So when he gave me my gift I did wait till we got to the house. When I opened it... My heart went into overdrive. Everything about it...he just knows me so well and the thought behind everything he had ever given or written for me shows just how beautiful of a young man my sweet boy (yes my sweet boy) continues to be. Okay...I could go on but I won't...I'm crying all over again...and besides I've tagged him in this (which he'll probably delete out of embarrassment😂).
