Justine's bio
Justine, thats me, is a recent graduate from the Maryland Institute College of Art and has been living in Baltimore for the past 5 years. For my thesis project in college I created a traveling art making space to bring collaborative art making into spaces previously void of art. Parks, driveways, public spaces, anywhere I’m allowed. I've collected drawing and painting supplies to do large collaborative pieces, as well as musical instruments for impromptu music making. I love being able to give people the tools to express themselves as others have done for me. I am an interdisciplinary artist; I enjoy painting, drawing, and sculpting people realistically. I also love making clothes, costumes, and jewelry. I am an artist with a lot of interests, most of which involve working with people. I love people, they are my real passion.
Disaster is just as beautiful as harmony, you just have too see all the sides.
Back in Baltimore: The recovery
Im sitting in the punk house valentina is staying in in Baltimore. All the people here are awesome of course. Val is sick and needs rest. I know shes been crazy stressed over the events of the past few days. We have all had to make a lot of changes and sacrifices for the trip with all these unexpected delays. I am still extremely hopeful for our trip as our token hippy I tend to go with the flow very well. I wont let the set backs keep me down. We have too many exciting possibilities for our future :)
