It could be because your mmr isn’t high enough for p3 yet, it happened to me when I went from g4 to g3

It tries to be as accurate as possible, but its never definite! I mean yeah, your mmr is around 1800ish, but it still might be a little low for your rank
i mean yeah okay but if i've only lost one game from 0 lp p5 to 16 lp p4 wouldn't it start making my lp gain larger idk maybe i'm just dreaming

Op.gg isn’t accurate, and it only really estimates based on the rankings of the other players you’re matched with
but if i'm getting matched up with people on that mmr wouldn't it make sense that it's my mmr.................. or at least close.......... ???? it's always seemed fairly accurate???

Is it though? You never know for sure, and judging fomr your lp gains, it could be. Or loss prevented might be on.
