Did you Know?
In the brain there are nearly 100 billion nerve cells.
o On average we lose 3 billion cells a day
o On average we gain 3 billion cells a night while sleeping
What this means that what you think you will become. If you go to sleep feeling sad then you will wake with 3 billion new brain cells that were formed by sadness. If you go to sleep in peace then 3 billion new peaceful brain cells will be added in your mind.
Every thought that you think has an electromagnetic signal that goes to your brain. In fact, this is why negative thoughts produce inflammation in your body. Feelings can often be attached to negative thoughts. If you don’t challenge a negative thought in your mind, you will believe it and it will become your truth.

Ah, how I love a disproportionately weird selfie. That cup: the size of my head! Those arms: as long as I am! There's Chris: tucked into a corner! Those smiles: they know no limits! Nested happily into Cafe Santa in old streets of Buenos Aires. The owner makes a mean flat white, so good that we order another (alongside a perfectly pixie sized cookie, and his plato del dia - chicken salad with magically beautiful and mysterious ingredients - which comes with a casually freshly squeezed juice). We chat in between. He is kind to us. His English is monumentally better than he thinks, fluent, and far better than my shy Spanish. He's been open ten months now. He doesn't rate the coffee in cafes so highly in Bs.As., perhaps there are 20 good ones doing espresso he says, it takes a lot of extra time and training and money and care to do it well. Chris is surprised at there only so few as 20. Chris: "I think we've found eight of them, so far". #nofilter #justjoy #buenosaires #cafesanta #santelmo #coffeetime #cafe #streetside #traveljoy
