Bruh, John and I tried Keto earlier this year, and it was just...not great. Mostly because carbs, bruh, carbs. I lost some weight, and John lost a good chunk of weight, but then after a while, it just kinda stopped working. And meal planning? Yikes. I know, like any diet, there's a plateau time, but we just sorta gave it up. Sometimes it works for a bit, then it doesn't anymore. I SAY EAT WHAT YOU WANT AND FUCK URRYBODY. But also, eat responsibly and eat a goddamn snack.

Lmfao, amen. I love keto, and I think it’s definitely worth sticking out. But I did see my best results by eating keto AND going to the gym. But I need energy for that...and keto gives me energy....so I’m not gonna go to the gym unless I keto. It’s a vicious cycle. I just don’t feel in the right mind frame for it at the moment. idk man.

LMAO. I did look on there, but nothing really sparked my interest. I ended up going with Eye Buy Direct. I got two pairs - one of them sunglasses! My first pair of prescription sunglasses...I’m so excited to not have to go blind in the sun!!!!! AHHHH.

Renal failure is such hit or miss, and can take so long. It's terrible. My cat was nearly 18 in renal failure that lasted months. Just awful to watch. I got you, girl. I'm so sorry to hear.

It’s the slow withering away that cuts me and throws up all sorts of dilemmas, but for the moment he’s still relatively functional (for an old fart) so I at least want to make the most of these times and keep giving him the quality of life that’s kept him going for this long. His 18th year, those are amazing innings for his breeds.

The upside is that whatever they injected him with brought back his appetite with a vengeance. Little dude’s tearing through it faster than I can cook it.
