Happy FFWF!! What’s something that you have difficulty with or want to improve in your writing?
happy ffwf!!
SO MANY THINGS
lately I've been working on erasing telling from my work and it’s harder than I thought also FILTER words I use the word wonder way too much
mostly it’s I'm great at setting up longer fics, getting the first few chapter just right, but I'm awful at following through on narrative promises set in the beginning. towards the end I get so worn out with writing it the later chapters aren’t usually my best work and I end up regretting them. I think the solution to this is to stop posting wips before they’re finished lmao but here I am without any willpower
thank you <3 !!!!
Happy FFWF!! What’s something that you have difficulty with or want to improve in your writing?
Happy FFWF!
I have a lot of difficulty with action scenes, I always have. Every time I write them, it just feels anti-climatic, and since I will (eventually) write for Spider-Man again at some point, I really do want to improve that aspect of my stories.
the hierophant: do you believe in ghosts?
Nope! They’re fun to think about but I don’t think they’re real or anything

Happy FFWF! Do you have a favorite WIP or an upcoming story you’re really excited about?
Happy late FFWF! I am excited for my wingfic I’m planning! It’s got Ironhusbands, and Adopted Peter, and Ace Peter, and TONS of hurt/comfort :D
14 and 15?
14. Unpopular opinion about your fandom?
Well, I’ve never been a fan of some of the more popular fic tropes? Field Trip fics and Social Media fics are actually my least favorite lol. Uhh I’ve never really liked shipping Peter with... anyone? Ned is a bit on an exception, I do like Interwebs, but it’s probably one of the least popular ships with Peter. Parkner is probably my least favorite just because I’ve always hated ships between people that have never interacted or never had positive interaction. It’s the same with ships like winteriron or frostiron, they just don’t make sense to me. This isn’t to hate on people who do ship those of course, I just don’t like them haha.
15. Unpopular opinion about the manga/show?
I liked all of the movies, except maybe Captain Marvel, it’s on thin ice. I like the character, she’s fuckin awesome, but it messed with the timeline and made made plot holes, and even though Fury getting scratched by the flerken is funny, I don’t like that it’s supposed to be the reason Fury lost his eye. It feels cheap, like they just didn’t want to make an actually good story for it. But yeah I liked pretty much all the other movies, even ones most people hate like Age of Ultron or Infinity War/Endgame. Yeah there are legitimate bad parts of them, but I still like them a lot and think they’re good.

Happy Fanfic Writer Friday!! How do you think your writing has changed since you first started? Have your interests changed? Fandoms?
Hi!! Thank you for the question and happy FFWF!
That's an easy question. Compared to where I started, I mean really started, back when I was into Twilight, my writing has become readable. I know we all started out rough, but when I started, I had no idea about anything. I just wrote to make me happy and had no idea where to put a comma, an em dash, or even bothered with the right form of your/you're. I was a hot mess. Since then, I've learned how to make my writing understandable and clear. I've also learned to be more concise, trimming the excess words.
And yes, my interests have changed and so have my fandoms, though I've gotten better about going between them. It used to be more all or nothing. Marvel has really became my home, though. I love it because there's so much room to play. If I want to write something more adult, romance, I can pick from so many pairings, and if I want to write something platonic, there's so many options, too, which of course includes irondad, my fav.
Happy Fanfic Writer Friday!! How do you think your writing has changed since you first started? Have your interests changed? Fandoms?
That’s a good question. I’ve definitely changed fandoms and relationship dynamics—before I was writing for a romantic ship (although usually still in a pretty gen way) and now I’m writing strictly platonic relationships, which I vastly prefer.
As far as tropes go, I’ve always included a lot of humor in my stories, and I’ve always been interested in whump/sickfics, but in other fandoms, I’d just work the whump into longer stories where the focus was elsewhere. But for Marvel, I gave fully into my whims and basically all of my fics involve some kind of sick/hurt character
