Slight hiatus
My cousin is getting married on Saturday and my family and I are going to travel to attend to it. It is kinda far. But I also convinced them to go and visit some friends we have in some other far place, a few days before the wedding! yay! :D
We leave tomorrow.
So I'll be out of town for the whole week. Since I'll be a little busy, I don't think I'll reply until I'm back. But the good news is I'll come back with a little surprise for you all.

A blast of cold air immediately told Nod that Jack was close by. Glancing down, Nod noticed a mushroom that was unmistakably covered in ice. Another clue. Nod took hold of his bird's reins and steered her around, trying to see if Jack was hiding somewhere in the trees. But then, suddenly, something clicked. The iced up mushroom - that was it! Jack must've been hiding under there. "Jack?" Nod called, slowly veering his bird toward the ground so as not to scare the winter spirit. "You there?"
Jack glanced up and instantly turned away when he realized Nod was landing down. He didn't speak. Not until he could feel Nod standing right behind him, anyway. "What are you doing here, Nod?" he asked quietly, eyes narrowed in a deep frown.
Nod rolled his eyes at the girl. "Uh huh. Whatever." He put his hands on his hips. "You're not stuck like this permanently, are you?"
Jack shook her head and chuckled softly. "Nope," she murmured. "Why? Disappointed?"
