For those of you that may have missed this earlier today here is my "Shoulder Press with 35 lb bar". When you are pushing heavier weights than you are used to you need mental focus and visualization to get past the physical discomfort. In this case I went to my angry place...well one of my angry places to get through this last set on shoulder press.
