Eating disorders
Come in all shapes and sizes for sure but there is a huge difference between disordered eating and having an eating disorder. The majority of people I know have an unhealthy relationship with food that is not the same thing as having an eating disorder and when people self diagnose and act like it's the same it really gets under my skin.
