Some phrases that I've found recently do so much more me and drive me crazy when a feedee or sickie has a tummy ache and is just holding it coming up to you.
"My stomach is really bothering me."
"My tummy feels funny."
"It's not agreeing with my tummy."
"My belly is all grumbly"
"oooh... I've got such a tummy/belly/stomach ache"
"my tummy is really upset..."
"I've got a queasy belly..."
They just hiccup holding their bloated belly is also nice. Burping is also good. Moaning as they cradle their belly begging for tummy rubs without actually saying it. That's good shit.
God I want to rub a cute girls tummy ache.
