So I was just remembering one halloween when i was in juvenile hall and we got to take our candy to our bunks. I had my own cell (for unrelated reasons.....💪🏽👊🏽) and i brought my candy with me. This candy was in there and I had had it before so I wasn’t tripping but unknown to me (and the other girls) they had the candy in the fridge. I went to bite this shit and it was so hard and sticky that it took out one of my fillings. I freaked the fuck out fr. They thought I had lost my mind until they came in and checked on me. It was so bad I was bleeding and all. I cussed everyone single one of those C/Os out. They had to hold me down and take me out😂😂 but fr why would you put this in the fridge??? I can understand chocolate. But why this??? Like wtf. Thank you @crysanthony for having me along again to meet the young boys at Orange County Juvenille Hall with these three super talented barbers that came to cut the guys hair and groom them, thank you also fellas I managed to take away a few tips for next time I'm cutting some hair 😉They came to cut the hair of young boys in holding till their cases are resolved some of who could be serving 25-Life so crazy and saddening to think that someone so young could get that much time. I got to take some portraits on a old Polaroid Land camera which they liked because was old like meself. Later we gave them the images to send home with their smart new haircuts for their family or friends to have. It was a great day that I will remember just like the last time I went. I heard some funny stories, inspiring stories and of course some sad stories in the time we had that flew past. Look forward to going back in the near future and doing more and seeing the kids again. Crystal is always trying to put things on for the boys and girls to empower them and keep them positive. She brings a lot of great speakers especially the woman she took tonight who told a very powerful testament that even got the boys thinking about the path they chose. Thank you @crysanthony for having me along last minute thanks to @richardcabralofficial for making the call to come along tonight to meet the kids at Orange County Juvenille Hall with Alec and Andre who held a Art Workshop with the young men in holding till their cases are resolved. Some of them could be facing 15-25 years depending. It was a great night that I will remember and some great young men with plenty of talent and of course jokes to go with the talent. I heard some funny stories, inspiring stories and of course some sad stories in the time we had that flew past.
