“JxWizz” is now “J-Bar”

Hey so for any of you who still follow me... I am no longer going by JxWizz. I now prefer to go by “J-Bar”. But for those of you who are used to calling me things like Wizz for short, feel free to still call me that in person if you wish. Soooo yea :P

at the time we made that, it was near the beginning of our channel. dalton was so worried people were going to undermine her and think she wasn’t important to the channel and gave her credit as “artist”

this lead people to think that dalton did none of the art whatsoever and only used her and his only job was to tween her art. this stuck around for so long it caused a lot of problems.

Yeah same here pretty much, it’s quite unfortunate :(

like I’ll have people ask me “are you a (insert fandom nickname here)?” and at first I would say “well, yeah!” because I liked the material; but over time my response became “technically...?” followed by an abrupt “No. *reblogs the material in question*”

Going to Anime Expo Alone?

So im working on trying to go to the Anime Expo in LA next weekend so I can try and go to my first con and also see some stuff like the TOME finally and cast. So far it looks like it might be possible. However I just realized something, I don’t know the first thing about going to conventions and even if I do make it I will be alone. I don’t think there will be anyone I know there, outside of a few online celebs who don’t know me. Should I try and go to a 4-day convention all by myself? If so any advice?

He makes some very valid points. I tell my friends I don't care for Destiny all that much, not cause I necessarily find the game itself bad (though to be honest it dose have a lot of flaws that annoy me), but because of what it represents. Companies like Activision are trying to change the way they, and possible other companies, plan to develop and sell there games. And unfortunately this new way really screws over the consumers.

People in Disaster Movies

I find it funny in disaster movies the people are always looking all epic and or looking over all the destruction around them and yet not only are they standing completely still and not effected by the crazy earthquakes and chaos, but there hair is perfect and everything.  Like in a certain new disaster film trailer... "Cough" San Adreas "Cough"... a woman is standing on top of the roof of a building during a earthquake as other building are falling around her and literally everything around her is being destroyed and shake, even a pool on the roof is waving out of control, and yet she remains competently still.

Bragging time! I am super happy with my internship with the Video Production Company I joined a while back. At first I did some simple email and cataloging stuff. I ended up helping out with a shot which was cool, but now I am actually editing and helping come up with ideas for a new video segment they want to make for YouTube or something. I haven't been able to actually edit and work on a real project for soooo long. I’m just glad that I remember how to use Premier and after effect (even if it is on a mac now). I’m actually doing productive things :D

Do you ever have a conversation with someone. And then later after the conversation is done you realize that the person was actually saying something kind of offensive towards you? Then you cant stop thinking if that was there intent or if you are just reading to much into it. But no matter what you still cant help but feel insulted the more you think about it.
