i can’t even think of any scenarios right now but know izana is at the front of my mind

izana panels time. he is so ethereal to me if i was true to myself i’d have to put every single on his panels here but i will only talk about my very favorites because otherwise we’d still be here by next month. so. this is my favorite izana panel of all time yes ... it’s so izana. his hair looks so good in the wind. his ear rings are swinging. he’s looking at the viewer despite not facing them. his signature slight smile. no lashes boo but nonetheless insane ADSHFKGJG

runner-ups!! love his little :o on the left and his big beautiful eyes and his LASHES and his hair and everything. and the one on the right is just. not really peak izana but i’ve seen this panel of him so often it just belongs here. and he does look beautiful in it

no coue what wakui’s obsession is with drawing izana like this but i am nottt complaining. if the left one had his lashes it could actually be ranked up in my rating i think but alas. lashes in the other two though <3 and!! his little grin on the right ... very important to me

bleeding izana is. very ouhhoughhouhhh to me. he. he does look very good but also on the right he’s dying so that’s not very cool adhjhjgj he does look very good while dying i have to say though 💔 anyways. big fan of his pupils & irises becoming round as he’s getting really angry

clouded leopard hybrid izana who’s really good at keeping his composure, and having his tail and ears rest at neutral positions no matter what emotions he’s feeling. he’s had years of training to get to this point, to make himself unreadable and unpredictable. he’s closed himself off to the world to keep himself safe, and to be able to surprise his enemies.

it’s a trauma response. hybrids are expressive with their extra limbs, that’s a known fact. for one of them not to show any emotion unless they’re in full control of it very much isn’t normal. it’s wrong. it makes izana seem mechanical, and that’s the point. it makes him uncanny. it scares people. and that makes izana feel safer.

but around you .... he starts to let his guard down. it’s a slow process, but it’s there.

the first time he kisses you, in the comfort of his flat, his tail curls up in contentment. when he’s cuddling you and you’re petting his head, he lets out a low, rumbling purr. it sounds hoarse, if you can even call a purr that, rusty. it’s obvious he doesn’t let himself purr a lot.

he looks embarassed, at first, at his tail curling, his ears relaxing to the side, the low rumble of his purrs. he buries his face in your neck, not bold enough to look at you. but you encourage it. you tell him how much you love it when he’s expressive, how it makes you happy to see how much he enjoys you.

half a year in, izana in public and izana in private are two different men. one of them has an unmoving tail and unmoving ears and his lips are always curled into a slight smile while his back is straight and his walk is graceful. the other one’s tail shoots up as soon as he sees you, purrs loud in his chest whenever your bodies are touching, and has ears that flick in interest whenever you’re talking to him.

you make it your mission to show him that the world would still treat him kindly if his tail and ears flicked some more in public, too.

wait i saw someone on dash post abt calling your f/o your husband for the first time and. me doing this with izana

izalys run into an old friend of mine i haven’t seen in like a decade and i’m too tired to explain really so i just introduce izana (my bf) as my husband and something in him breaks. he acts normal and composed the entire time until we’re back home (i see right through him) and he’s just standing in the hallway to our flat fully dressed still while i’ve already taken off my shoes and i’m walking into the living room and he quietly asks, ,,you want to marry me?’’ like it’s unreal

i’m alsooo thinking about lazily crawling on top of izana after some morning cuddles. crawling up far enough to press kisses to his sternum, his collar bones, his neck, his jaw, and finally his lips, his arms wrapped more or less loosely around your neck. just a chaste peck at first; a little tease he chases with his lips. you push his head back down onto the pillows before you kiss him again, again, again. slow and drawn-out. he opens up his mouth willingly, and you push your tongue past his lips. he pulls you in closer, readily letting you explore every inch of his mouth, and whenever you part for breath, he chases after your lips for half a moment before relaxing back against the pillow
