wait, did you see that blur? Okay you all know that I'm a cat person through and through but I came across #k9jester couple years back and yeah it's a police dog but it is an amazingly Goofy and funny but yet seriously suck recently, his Handler had to fight tooth and nail to be able to keep him and he ended up winning but the reason for this video is blindingly fast dog that jester is.
