jungkook has a little quirk- he always liked to sleep with a hand on your earlobe. the earlobe is a very unique piece of human flesh to him. there are no bones, no cartilage, and always cold. always very cold, but the little bit of warm temperature always reminds him of life.
jungkook's own ears are covered with many piercings, cold stern piercings. when he met you, there was something about your earlobes. he would occasionally wonder how that pair of earlobes goes bright pink when he teases you with a flirting comment.
he likes the feeling of your earlobe on his hand. perfect to cover with his thumb, small and delicate, he likes the slight warmth of them, the first time he laid his hand on them, he felt your heart.
he likes touching your earlobes before falling asleep, you're so used to having his soft hand on your earlobe before going to sleep. even if you were fast asleep- all he had to do was hover his hand to your ear, and you would subconsciously side your head slightly to reveal your ear, as if you're waiting for his thumb and his forefinger to hold the earlobe, to safely hold you.
but it has been years since he last saw you after the painful breakup.
but was the end really, 'the end'?
