Reposted from @edlgordon Here's what they think about cha!!!!!!!! Well, well it all came to light. Jon Gruden has resigned as head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. After a racist email he’d written was uncovered Gruden said he did have a racist bone in his body…then other emails were found that showed Gruden not only had (perhaps still has) issues with Black folks (and issues, BLM), women, the LGBTQ community, and the NFL commissioner himself. The emails were shared with some of those in the “Ol’ boys network”-this is a peek behind the curtain of sports hierarchy. Their is a chauvinistic, plantation attitude that still is a big part of these worlds.
