Izuku’s date with @kaeruhero
His heart was beating fast, every beat sounding like a drum being played inside of his chest. He was incredibly nervous here in the common room waiting for Tsuyu. He was dressed in an outfit that was pretty standard for him, except for the fact that he had an unbuttoned button-up shirt on. He figured that the outfit was all right, not too fancy or strange but still showing that he’s taking it serious. Hopefully. He took a few deep breaths as he stared at his shoes, soon hearing footsteps and turning towards them
“Tsuyu! Um.. Hey! Are you uh.. All set for our date? I found a nice place nearby where we can go eat! Oh uh I also got you flowers but I think it’d be best to give those to you after since uh. I don’t think you want to be carrying them around the entire time that we’re.. On our date.” He gave off a nervous smile as he finished his sentence. He was incredibly nervous right now, the excitement of going on his first date only making it worse. He was trying his best to get rid of the feeling, remembering to try and focus on the positives than worrying about the possible negatives.
“So if you’re all ready we can start heading there now..?”

“Hey Tsu-chan! It’s raining! You know what that means?” She didn’t even give Tsuyu a chance to respond before answering her own question. “Frog hunting! You should come with! We’ll be just like a couple of kids again!” Was it inconsiderate to ask the frog themed hero to go frog hunting? Would she even be interested in chasing frogs in the rain? Mina wasn’t entirely sure and she probably should have thought of these questions before she asked. But per usual her excited nature didn’t give her time to think if this was really a good idea or not.

That entire ordeal had been pretty embarrassing... not to mention he ran off as soon as he finally managed to say what he meant flat out! She’d heard, right...?
He’d spent the entire night freaking out over this, too! How selfish of him, trying this when there was no way she felt the same... not for someone like him! Why would she? He was plain-looking, he wasn’t top of the class or anything... why would anyone be interested in him like that?

since class was over he was getting ready to head back to the dorms. or, he was, until one of his classmate interrupts him from leaving. gazing back at her he sighs, addressing her in a rude manner ( mostly because katsuki’s forgotten her name. ) “ what do you want, frog face? ”
