about your post: i feel like it's a little sad that there's so little sexual education going around that women and men alike are confused at how to deal with sex. like, who actually has a clear idea of "what is sex supposed to be like"? do both parties reach orgasm? at the same time? what constitutes as sex (ie does mutal masturbation count)? and everybody is so embarrassed/conditioned not to talk about it that nobody knows the answers. how are people supposed to know how to have healthy sex?
Yeah and this is basically exactly what I’m talking about.
I feel like it should be natural for two consenting adults to just explore one another and learn that way, but there are people who are afraid to state their needs to their bedroom partners. And you're right, there is not nearly enough sex education.
I dunno it just makes me really upset. I want to help but I really don’t know how. I’m not a social justice or feminist fighter by any means - that isn’t to say that I don’t care about these things, because I care quite deeply - I’m just not the shouting-it-to-the-world kind of person.
Really I just wanted to make it known that I’m open to have conversations about these things. I feel like it’s the least I can do.
