Something I might write idk

So uh...yumehara x kaido x Kobuyasu, how does this happen? Let my sleep-deprived, 2 am thoughts tell you!

So, yumehara and kobuyasu both wanna confess to kaido, but find out about each other's feelings, they become...rivals? I don't know, they try and stop each other's love advances toward kaido. The more time they “spend” together, yumehara starts to realize kobuyasu is kinda hot, the edgy bad boy kaido wasn't.

Yumehara starts questioning her life which makes her stop trying to confess to kaido and stop kobuyasufrom as well, Kobuyasu is confused cause he is kinda liking their little game so he postpones his confession.

Kaido begins to realize his two friends are acting weird, so he spends time with them both, and forces them to be together which causes yumehara to PANic and makes Kobuyasu feel things. Kaido is an oblivious baby to his feelings but he knows he likes to spend time with those two.

Let's say kaido takes them to an amusement park (or something else idk), and he ends up getting sick cause he did too much like a dumbass, yumehara and Kobuyasu are of course worried, and Kobuyasu carries kaido to his house and yumehara follows along, Kobuyasu said she could so she took it, and she's worried about kaido.

Yumehara and Kobuyasu cook something for kaido, and it's hella good (thank Kobuyasu for knowing how to not burn things and yumeharas seasoning). Kaido begins to think about his feelings as he watches the two bicker/cook for him.

BOOM.

HOLY SHIT HE REALIZES HE LIKES YUMEHARA AND KOBUYASU🤯

And after he realizes that, he begins to panic, “can you like two people at the same time?” “Is this okay?” “oh God, what the hell is my sexuality?” “OH GOD DO I CONFESS OR DO THEY?” “WAS YUMEHARAS SWORN FRIENDSHIP ACTUALLY A CONFESSION?”

Alright, I might build on this idea and write a story but idk, you can write a story based on this but credit me, please.

chiyo did confess her feelings to kaidou sometime in her third year but it never went anywhere i think. one year before it couldve happened but in their 3rd year? with kaidous crazy mom breathing down his neck about college entrance exams? she would kill him if he got a girlfriend. and dating behind her back is too stressful and scary. Very awkward rest of the year because kaidou is trying to be considerate and it makes chiyo feel even more depressed. highschool ends quietly and they do not actively stay in contact. chiyo goes on to become a really bored and unhappy office worker. when shes not at the bar with her boss and coworkers shes at a mixer. as predicted by aiura her dating life is a mess its bum after bum for miss yumehara. the combination of boredom with her job and absolute shit luck with men leads her to reactivate her writing blog, and her self insert romance stories do get quite popular with other ladies in similar situations #escapism. she finds herself proudly telling kaidou about it at the high school reunion while trying to show him that shes totally past the awkwardness of highschool. but then midway through explaining the plot of her more recent stories she realizes the unconventional male leads she gets so much praise about are pretty much all just kaidou in different fonts.

chiyo would end up liking that shitty manga kaidou reads that ended up in cognac i think. like at first its just to score points w him and "coincidentally" have something in common w him but she thinks it sucks and its boring. eventually as she keeps reading shed come to think of it as 'so bad its kinda fun to laugh at'. and then she tragically but inevitably starts unironically liking it.

im literally always thinking about that one role swap au i saw once or something with the op being like 'kaidou doesnt have chuunibyou here so chiyo isnt in love with him'.... this was a life changing world altering moment for me but it turns out there are people out there who dont even remember why chiyo likes kaidou & that she likes him DESPITE the chuunibyou (and that she actually has some chuuni tendencies of her own so theyre a great match)... life is crazy like that
