The video has turned out how I wanted it to, but I still need to experiment with audio to accompany it and to also put my moving kaleidoscope video behind my other selected images. Once I have done that, I hope to be able to experiment with the layout of how I would want all of my projections shown. At the Photographer's Gallery last year, I visited the 'Point and Shoot' exhibition. In one of the rooms, an artist had edited clips of people from films pointing their guns at the camera and shooting, compiled them together on loop and had them playing at different points whilst all at the same time, projecting onto all four walls in a small dark room. Ideally, I would like to reflect this idea in my own work, using an empty room to project each video onto its own wall, starting the kaleidoscopic video at different points so the audience is always looking at something different. Alternatively, I envisage my projections to be placed on one large wall, side by side, but separated by individual frames. This would reinforce the notion that all of my projection work has stemmed from photography and merging the boundaries between photography and the moving image.
