Something has shifted in Reina since the fire and Rowan’s attack, her mindset has gone from don’t get involved to completely immersing herself in club business within days. She’s not exactly been open with her meddling, just meeting with Otto when she can and calling Andrew with updates as things progress — and she thinks she might be getting somewhere when it comes to wining and dining the leader of the Bastards onto their team — but he’s not the only one that needs convinced. So she’d texted Kali to stop by Calliope sometime that day in hopes of getting them both on the same page. The key to success is cooperation and they may have Otto practically ready to pull the trigger on a patch over, but she wants to make sure everything continues to go smoothly. Kali respects her opinion and word from her that this is a good move might be enough to keep her from doing anything rash. Plus, Reina’s interested to see what the other woman thinks anyway, and what she’s heard. “Kali,” she calls to her once she sees her, waving her over to follow her back to her office. While she’s usually got no issues meeting with friends at one of the tables in the dining area, Reina doesn’t need any of her employees eavesdropping on them for this conversation. “We need to have a chat.”
