There cannot be work without motivate. Some people want fame, and they work for fame. Others want money, and they work for money. Others want power so they work for power. Others want to get to heaven and they work for the same. There are some who really work for works sake. These people are the salt of the earth. Whom work for not name, nor fame, nor to go to heaven. They work just because good will come of it. If we work without any selfish motive in view, do we gain anything? Yes, we do.
