well romance isn't the only focus, but I get what you mean. But i will say it's a real feel good anime, like, surprisingly so.

oh i don’t think that’s bad necessarily! just that i’m gettin Old and i’ve reached the point where relating to high school age characters is becoming steadily more difficult for me, particularly when the main story is str8 romance focused... i guess that’s part of the reason why i’ve drifted towards live action dramas - at least with dramas there are far more shows about adults

they burned all their kicks on Emu's super kick in the first episode.
this is JUST like wizard and gaim, two shows that practically never used rider kicks because it was cheaper to constantly use weapon finishers
You know the thing that really sucks about Ex-Aid? Emu doesn't blow into the gashat anymore before he does a finisher.
