It’s a surprise! now put on this dress quick I know how fast you can get ready” he walked into your house and helped himself to the m&ms you were eating as you watched friends. You came down in 30 minutes hair curled looking more stunning than ever with the turquoise dress he loved most on you. When he heard you coming down the steps he turned and gulped trying to keep composure “uh.. Uhm Celine you look really good, great actually tonight will be great” he stumbled over his words but you just laughed as he put the corsage around your wrist. What I like about you started playing and cal immediately pulled you up to dance with him. “Cal I can’t dance!” You yelled over the music “I’ll teach you then!” he took your hands and started jumping and twisting around with you. Once the song ended he whispered in your ear “class a dancer right here” he looked into your eyes smiling then it soon faded away. He looked at you like he never has before “is there something on my face? Tell meeee” you reached down to your clutch to grab a mirror but he stopped you. He held your jaw, the other hand on the back of your neck and leaned in giving you the lightest kiss. Before you could kiss back he pulled away “fuck fuck I’m sorry, did this ruin us? Let’s act like it never happened I’m so fucking sorry were you okay with that?” He held your hips and looked straight into your eyes hoping you wanted it to “I’ve been waiting a really long time for that actually” and you kissed him back. he smiled against your lips and let his hands roam your body before letting one rest against your waist the other arm wrapped behind you. He pulled you in closer and started kissing up and down your neck then stopped once you realized you were in the middle of a dance floor. “I’m not into this PDA type thing so let’s just dance ok babe?” You laughed into him. “Mhmm” he hummed back. He took your hands and let them rest behind his neck while he pulled you in close. You could smell his cologne as you rested your head against his chest while he placed his chin on top of your head. You’re swayed along to the music and talked about how you feel about each other. This is cute I want cal to go to prom with me now ugh
