A burger seller’s death penalty commuted to 30 years in prison for death of Ah Long
In Putrajaya, the Court of Appeal reduced Kamaruddin Abd Rahim’s death penalty to 30 years in prison for murdering an unlicensed money lender over a debt dispute.
