I know you said don't ask when you are releasing a translation, but I was just curious if you are going to try and translate Kamigami no Asobi Infinite when it comes out. I'm not asking when specifically you r going to translate it, I just wanted to know if you were going to translate it sometime in the future. I'm sorry.

ahahaha anon, please don’t worry, no need to apologize that much! it just makes me a little upset when people think i’m on some sort of translation schedule when i’m definitely not (and prob will never be, sob). questions like this are perfectly fine!

as for infinite, i’m afraid i probably won’t attempt to translate it, i might give summaries of it or smth if i can get my hands on it when it comes out, but right now i’m leaning on the “no” side. for now, we’ll see

I've just learned about the new kamiaso game and ı couldn't help but wonder if thor has a route in this new one. Do you know anything about it?

OMG But Norse gods discovering the avengers and Magnus Chase tho, Loki would probably pout because he's a villain in both

i’m laughing tho you know what he’d totally start picking on thor if they watched the avengers together because he’s portrayed as this handsome, righteous, kinda naive god when in kamiaso he’s just silent and stoic thor-chin who tries to keep everyone in check

yui makes some comment like, ‘but i think the thor in the movie and thor-san here are both very kind people!’ & thor blushes

Me & my friend were talking about the kamiaso gods getting into human media when she suddenly yelled"WHAT IF THE GREEKS FOUND THE PJO SERIES?!" & I laughed because humans have been writing plays about them for centuries, what's so different about [1]

[2] A book series? Now, if takeru found I would bet good money he would try all the weird tricks the main character can do; giant bubble underwater, not getting wet unless willing, controlling substances containing some amount of water.

ANON... omg i never thought of this, but that would be hilarious?? especially for the greek gods, since the portrayal is overall pretty different in modern media like pjo... at least hades would be p happy about the fact that he’s not a villain and more of a neutral force, like in many traditional works, and the fact that zeus is still a prick

meanwhile, dionysus is like ‘is this what humans are into these days?’ when he sees the portrayal of himself lol

i also just thought of the disney hercules movie because HADES WOULD JUST SIT THERE AND FROWN AT IT BC MOVIE ZEUS IS A COOL DAD AND MOVIE HADES IS A SASS VILLAIN

I'm not going to ask when are you going to release the next translation, I only want to know if you are sill translating this game. Or have you abandoned it? Please, answer me, I love this game so much... ^^

i’ve mentioned this before, but the project is on hold right now. by on hold, i mean i’m unimaginably busy and in my free time i end up just doing the things i want to do instead of sitting down and translating some (i feel guilt every day about this but;;)

to give a teeny tiny update, i’m actually done with balder’s route and it’s being edited, but my editor also has some things going on in her life right now and prefers to take some more time on it

other than that, i’m looking forward to finally being done with those awful sports festival chapters ahaha
